1. Is “Defending My Home” written by an attorney?
No, I am a Pro-Se defendant. I have been fighting for my family for over two years and we are still in our home. I am not affiliated with an attorney or a law office, but at some point I would like to develop a list of knowledgable attorneys that are willing to help.
2. Do we provide legal advice?
No, I am a private citizen, not a lawyer, and I cannot provide legal advice. Nothing in the book or on this website should be interpreted as legal advice. All information discussed in my book is my story of what happened and what I did or should have done.
3. Why did I write the book?
I wrote the book because I saw so many people just uprooting their families and walking away from their homes. At first I thought it was just sad and unfortunate. After I found out what a scam the whole foreclosure industry was and all of the fraud involved in the servicing and securitization of the mortgage loans, I had to do something. I want people to wake up and assert their rights. Fight the banks and stay in their homes. I might not win my case and you may not win yours but if I am going to lose I will lose on my terms and I will not go down without a fight. I hope that you stand up and defend your rights.
4. How much does your book cost?
“Defending My Home” costs only $10. A small amount for our efforts, that will support this website and other endevours to get the word out for Americans to stand up for their rights. Book available by download only. We make no guarantees other than this is our story and returns of the book are not available. I hope you will enjoy the book, learn and stand up for your rights.
5. What subjects does the book cover?
The book tells the story of what happened to my family. How we reacted to different situation and obstacles. How I learned, where I found the information, what I did with it and the documents I filed with the court. It does not give you “fill in the blank” legal forms as that could be construed as practicing law without a license.  As we continue in our battle I will update the website with any new information about our case and information we come across.
